We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You can return your order within 90 days of delivery, as long as it meets the conditions outlined below.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–6 business days. Please note that refund timing may vary depending on your bank.

✅ Returns Are Accepted For:

  • Order cancellation:
    You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it if it hasn’t been processed yet. After that, it cannot be canceled.

  • Damaged item on arrival:
    If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right.

  • Product defect or issue after use:
    For manufacturing defects or functional problems, we offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Changed your mind:
    If you regret your purchase, you can return the item in unused, original condition within 90 days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Exchanges:
    Need a different color or size? Email us for instructions.

  • Received the wrong item:
    If you received the wrong product, let us know and we’ll fix it right away.

📦 How To Start a Return

  1. Contact us:
    Email info@ameliaaurora.com with your order number and reason for return. If applicable, include clear photos.

  2. Wait for return instructions:
    Our support team will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Ship your item:

    • Package the item carefully to avoid damage during transit.

    • Include the Return Form (link below).

    • Send us the tracking number once shipped. Returns without tracking may be invalid.

    • Note: Our return facility is in China, as products ship directly from our supplier.

🔍 Refund & Inspection Process

After we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item. If the product is damaged or the return form is missing, the return may be denied.

  • If everything looks good, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–6 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Make sure your Return Form is fully completed — we can't process returns without it.

  • If the product or packaging is returned with excessive damage, a partial refund may apply or the return may be rejected.
