Changed your mind:
If you regret your purchase, you can return the item in unused, original condition within 90 days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. -
Exchanges:

Wait for return instructions:
Our support team will review your request and send return instructions. -
Ship your item:

Package the item carefully to avoid damage during transit.

Send us the tracking number once shipped. Returns without tracking may be invalid.

Note: Our return facility is in China, as products ship directly from our supplier.

After we receive your return:

We'll inspect the item. If the product is damaged or the return form is missing, the return may be denied.

If everything looks good, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–6 business days.
